“Happiness: the feeling of being alive,” said Marty Rubin, author and journalist.
And that’s how I feel today as I bring you this newsletter to help us B-ALIVE in body, mind and soul.

Editors Note

The B-ALIVE newsletter is just for you, to help you stay bubbling with life when we feel the world is crumbling around us. COVID-19 brought our lives to a virtual halt in the last two years. Every day, we got sad and frightening news through our own personal channels as well as the media. We grieved with those who lost their loved ones to the virus.

Just when we thought that COVID had taken a back seat, Omicron has stealthily crept into our lives. Let’s stay afloat in this rough sea, and not allow the stormy waters to drown our smiles and happiness.

This publication is intended to build a warm connect and personal network of likeminded people. I invite you to make this communication a lively exchange of thoughts to help us B-ALIVE every day.

This is your channel of expression – so you can pen us your inspirational thoughts in 250 words or a short poem, tips on how to live life to its fullest; send us a painting or a sketch to brighten our day… photos with captions, whatever you feel will help us stay alive, not just afloat. If you know somebody who deserves to be featured in PEOPLE, do let us have the name and contact details. You have read an inspiring book, or watched a good movie, do write a review – all in 250 words.

We will stay away from any political views or any content that does not convey joy through this newsletter. All material would be edited for brevity, length, style and purpose of B-Alive. Only original contributions will be used. We may not be able publish everything we receive, and we do not pay for contributions. You may email balive2021@gmail.com.

We hope 2022 will be merry and bright. Stay safe by following the COVID protocols.

On behalf of B-Alive,
Matty
